Physical products may be exchanged or returned for refund within 30 days (unless otherwise noted) with your original packing slip subject to the conditions listed below.  Web Sales and Services, LLC reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. Returns / exchanges require an RAN (Return Authorization Number), which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RAN, call 651-738-4816. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of physical merchandise are non-refundable.

Downloadable digital products may refunded within 30 days (unless otherwise noted).  Refunded digital products must be deleted or destroyed within 30 days of purchase.

Returns for physical and downloadable digital products that are purchased through links from other web sites which are not under the control of Web Sales and Services, LLC must be exchanged or returned in accordance with the terms and conditions listed on the linked web site where the purchase was made.
